Our Story
BiteFinder was founded in 2024 by two Dallas locals who shared a common frustration: finding great happy hour deals shouldn't be a challenge. We noticed that restaurants throughout the city were offering amazing specials and deals, but keeping track of them and discovering new ones felt like a constant struggle.
As food enthusiasts and community supporters, we saw an opportunity to bridge the gap between local restaurants and the people who love them. What if there was a way to not only discover these deals easily, but also help restaurants understand which specials resonate most with their customers?
The Problem
We realized that plenty of restaurants have amazing happy hour specials and deals, but keeping track of them and finding new ones could be a bit of a pain. There wasn't a simple, centralized way to discover what was happening around town.
The Solution
We thought, "What if you could bookmark an upcoming happy hour and let the restaurant know?" This way, restaurants can see which deals work best for people who want to eat or drink at their establishment, creating a win-win for everyone.
